Please read if you’re ready to purchase.

At check out, you will fill out a Customization Questionnaire that will help us start the customization process for your semi-custom brand. This is also where you will Book Your Customization Day and agree to the Semi-Custom Brand Design Agreement. All sales are final once purchased.
After purchasing, you will receive an Overview Guide of what to expect for Customization Day, how to communicate with us, and a link to booking your Customization Day if you didn’t at check out.
On your booked Customization Day, we will send you via email the initial customized version of your new brand guide. This does not include the Canva Instagram Templates. From there, you are allowed a single (1) round of revisions for minor design changes, ie. uppercase vs. lowercase typography in the logo or brand marks, swapping colors, slight sizing/spacing adjustments.
You must be available to chat through feedback and give final branding approval via email on your booked customization day.
Once the initial Brand Guide is sent, it is up to you, the client, to provide your included one (1) round of minor revisions. If the CL Studio team does not receive those revisions from you, the client, by 6pm CST, you will be sent the final brand files as displayed in the initial brand guide the following day and the service will be considered complete.
Once the final branding is approved, we will send over all of your final files, the links to the Canva Instagram Template, and links to purchase the desired font licenses.
Any revisions needed after the single round of edits will be billed hourly.

The brand guide will be sent in a PDF format. The logos will be in SVG, PNG, and JPEG formats in black, white, and any color on request.
The font files will be sent via email with links for you to purchase the desired font licenses.
The social templates will be sent via email with links to the Canva Instagram Templates.

Each semi-custom brand in The Shop is sold only 3 times to ensure originality between the customization of each purchaser.

All branding assets included are for commercial, desktop, and/or personal use.
